Addressing base station applications across all cellular standards and frequencies, the 1W SPA-1426Z and 2W SPA-1526Z exhibit reliable backed-off linearity performance, a particularly critical parameter for WCDMA applications. Housed in the company's proprietary SOF-26 package, the SPA-1426Z and SPA-1526Z promise lower thermal resistances and lower power dissipation than comparable amplifiers. The RoHS and WEEE compliant devices integrate active bias circuitry, bias control pins, an input-power detector, and sport 1C ESD ratings in excess of 1 kV human-body model.
