Poised for the 1.5 GHz WCDMA/LTE and 4G base stations, the MAX19993 1.2 to 1.7 GHz, dual, down-converting mixer with LO switch, buffer, and splitter exploits a proprietary SiGe process. The monolithic IC provides two independent down-conversion channels, each with a +27-dBm IIP3, 6.4-dB conversion gain and 9.8-dB noise figure. Additionally, the MAX19993 offers a 2RF-2LO spurious rejection of 72 dBc for an RF level of -10 dBm and 67 dBc for a level of -5 dBm. Prices for start at $9.96 each/1,000.
