Crowned the industry’s first surface-mount GaN power doubler module for CATV networks, the RFCM2680 uses a combination of GaN HEMT and GaAs pHEMT technologies. Features include a frequency range from 45 MHz to 1,003 MHz, power rating of 61dBmV, high current mode of 450 mA at 24 Vdc, low current mode of 350 mA at 24Vdc, and a minimum gain of 22.5dB at 1 GHz.
