The TQP4M9083 seven-bit, digital step attenuator (DSA) offers up to 31.75 dB of attenuation in 0.25 dB increments. A serial periphery interface (SPI) controls attenuation changes. Its frequency range of 0.4 to 3.5GHz allows for use in test equipment, sensors, mobile infrastructure, and general purpose wireless applications. The TQP4M9083 is pin compatible with the TQP4M9072.
