VCO Operates From 902 - 928 MHz With 0.5~3.5 Vdc Tuning Range

Dec. 13, 2013
Voltage controlled oscillator operates from 902 to 928 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5 ~ 3.5 Vdc.

Crystek's CVCO25CL-0902-0928 voltage controlled oscillator operates from a frequency range of 902 to 928 MHz with a control/tuning voltage range of 0.5 ~ 3.5 Vdc. Boasting excellent linearity, the new VCO also features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset. The oscillator has an operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C, and output power is typically +3 dBm. Input voltage is 3 V, with a maximum current consumption of 15 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical. The VCO is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO25CL-0902-0928 voltage controlled oscillator is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5 inch SMD package.
