Small Footprint Robust Lead Isolator Operates Over 2110–2170 MHz

Dec. 19, 2013
Single-junction, robust lead isolator comes in 11 x 11 x 7 mm surface mount package and operates over the 2110 to 2170 MHz frequency range

Skyworks’ new SKYFR-000727 robust lead isolator comes in a small footprint, 11 x 11 x 7 mm industry-standard surface mount package and is designed for automated SMT placement. Operating over the 2110 to 2170 MHz frequency range, the single-junction surface mount circulator is ideally suited for power amplifiers and various other wireless/cellular infrastructure applications including small-cell designs where space constraints exist. The beryllium oxide free device supplies 50 W of average power along with 200 W of peak power, and features an insertion loss that is less than 0.30 dB over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. Samples are available now for the SKYFR-000727 lead isolator with pricing dependent upon quantities.
