The DG1000Z series of waveform generators from Rigol Technologies targets low-frequency testing applications that require high signal fidelity, low noise floor, and long arbitrary waveform length. Implementing the company’s SiFi technology, the two-channel generators maintain 8-Mpoint memory depth (16 Mpoints optional) to facilitate deeper, more intricate arbitrary waveforms. They include up to 160 built-in waveforms to quicken access to more predefined signals. Features include ±1-ppm frequency stability, −125-dBc/Hz phase noise, 200-Msample/s operation, and 14-bit vertical resolution. The two models in the series—30-MHz DG1032Z and 60-MHz DG1062Z—offer AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, and PWM modulations.
