2700 MHz VCO Features Excellent Phase Noise And Linearity

Feb. 14, 2014
Output power is typically +7 dBm and input voltage is 5 V, with 30 mA maximum current consumption.

Crystek’s CVCO55CC-2700-2700 voltage controlled oscillator operates at 2700 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V ~ 4.5 V. The oscillator features a typical phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +7 dBm and input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.5 MHz and 0.1 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. The new VCO is ideally suited for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations. The model CVCO55CC-2700-2700 voltage controlled oscillator is engineered and manufactured in the USA, in the industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package.
