Allegedly a market first, the 1.2 mm x 1.5 mm SKY77002 stand-alone power detector is compatible with various baseband architectures. It accommodates multiple 3G and LTE band combinations and works with the SKY7770X and SKY7772X series of 3G and 4G power amplifiers.

Relying on Skyworks’ gallium arsenide heterojunction bipolar transistor process, its detector circuit technology optimally aligns with transceivers that require external detection for power control.
