The company's patent-pending, ultra high frequency (UHF) crystal oscillator includes a TCXO capability of 2 ppm over temperature and is available with operating frequencies up to 2.4 GHz with either differential sine, DPECL, or LVDS outputs. Housed in a surface-mount package measuring 9 mm x 14 mm, typical phase noise performance for a 1-GHz component is -135 dBc at 10 kHz. Random jitter performance is less than 1 ps from 12 kHz to 10 MHz and stability is ± 2 ppm over a temperature range from 0° to +70°C. Additionally, 3.3V and 2.5V versions are available.
