Designed for industrial control applications and as a back-up alarm for construction vehicles and trucks, the KPE-850S panel-mount piezo alarm has a diameter of just 42.5 mm. Its small size also makes this versatile alarm attractive as a warning device for home systems and appliances. It generates a continuous tone with a sound-pressure level of 76 to 98 dB depending on its operating-voltage range of 6 to 28 vac/vdc. Oscillating frequency is 2800 Hz, ±500 Hz, with an operating temperature range of -30°C to approximately 85°C. The KPE-850S has been tested and is in conformity with UL international safety standards and the CE mark. Priced at $4.25 each/1K.
