With dimensions of 3.2 x 5 x 1 mm, the M3L (3V) and M5L (5V) series SMT oscillators are well-suited for compact wireless communications, portable instruments, PCMCIA card and palmtop computers. Frequency range is 2.5 to 35 MHz. These oscillators are HCMOS-compatible with three-state outputs. Stability is ±35 ppm over the zero to 70°C range.
