Under license from Motorola, the company will manufacture the complete T2000 LTCC material system, which includes dielectric tape, capacitor dielectrics, and conductors. The lead-free products are expected to become an industry standard for microwave and RF applications up to approximately 5 GHz, it's claimed. The system is also said to be targeting Bluetooth enabled products. The Bluetooth standard supports short-range wireless communication between devices such as laptops, cell phones, PCs, and peripherals at a frequency of 2.4 GHz.
