The MS series Micro SIL reed relays measure only 15.2 mm x 3.9 mm x 6.8 mm and are claimed to require less than one-half the mounting area of conventional reed relays for use in ATE systems, measurement equipment, and medical, telecomm, and security systems. Featuring a single 1 Form A with SPST contacts, these compact relays have an internal magnetic shield and can be supplied with an external magnet shield, a diode option, and high coil resistance options.
The devices are capable of switching up to 10W with individual maximums of 0.5A and 200V. Coil-to-switch isolation is 1500 vdc with a dielectric strength of 250 vdc across the contacts. Pricing starts at $0.96 each depending on quantity.
