Ready for high-reliability applications in the automatic test equipment, security, industrial, and consumer markets, the RI-90 series changeover dry reed switch exhibits a maximum initial contact resistance of 140 m?. The SPDT switch integrates three contacts: common contact, normally-open, and normally-closed. In proximity of a magnetic field, the common contact will open with the normally-closed contact and then connect with the normally-open contact as long as the field is present. Other features include a glass length of 15 mm, switching current of 400 mA, and switching voltages of 125 Vac or 175 Vdc. Price is $1.22 each/10,000. COTO TECHNOLOGY, Providence, RI.
