Depending on Class I Bluetooth technology for wireless operation, the OMEGALYNX sensor link is designed to replace cables and conduits that connect 4 mA to 20 mA sensors to data processing or acquisition systems. With a range up to 100m, the link accommodates up to four sensors and transmits signals to its receiver. The receiver connects to a wide range of instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, and other systems. Additionally, the Bluetooth technology platform employs a frequency-hopping, spread-spectrum technique within the 2.4 GHz ISM band to ensure secure, license-free communications. Price starts at $995.
