VCXOs Provide Expanded Frequency Range

Originally targeting SONET applications, the M303 series of voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) has been expanded to include frequencies from 100 to 800 MHz. The entire line offers 3-ps rms of jitter in a 50 ohm environment. A standard device provides a temperature stability of less than 30 ppm over an operating range of 0°C to 70°C. Delivery is from stock to 12 weeks ARO.
