Featuring a typical phase noise of –105 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and excellent linearity, the CVCO55CW-0400-0800 voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 400 to 800 MHz with a control voltage ranging from 0 to 12 V. Maximum consumption is 25

Featuring a typical phase noise of –105 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and excellent linearity, the CVCO55CW-0400-0800 voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 400 to 800 MHz with a control voltage ranging from 0 to 12 V. Maximum consumption is 25 mA with an input of 5V. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 2.00 MHz and 2.00 MHz/V, respectively. Second-harmonic suppression is –5 dBc, typical. The oscillator comes in an industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package. Typical applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations. Prices start at $10.39 each in volume. CRYSTEK CRYSTALS CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
