Designed to meet military standards including MIL-S-167, MIL-S-810E, MIL-S-461D, and MIL-S-901D, the 12R2 commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) CompactPCI chassis provide separate front access to drives via a high-hinge door allowing space for drives or Kingston carriers. They include a patch panel for I/O on the rear chassis, two handles per side, and power supplies rated from 750W to 1 kW with voltages of ±12V, 5V, and 3.3V. Cooling is achieved via a rear evacuative cooling system that uses two 470-cfm blowers. The chassis are compliant to the IEEE 1101.10/.11 mechanical specifications and accommodate 6U x 160 mm or 220 mm cards. For further information contact ELMA ELECTRONIC INC., Fremont, CA.
