Groomed for use in mobile phones, desktop and notebook computers, digital cameras, LCD/PDP TVs, and PCBs for communications, the AB-5000 series EMI absorber differentiates itself from similar components via a flexible polyurethane resin loaded with a soft metal-flake filler. It has an acrylic, pressure-sensitive adhesive and is protected by a removable liner. Typical attenuation range depends on thickness. They are available in thicknesses of 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, and 1 mm, and come on rolls measuring 210 mm by 15m for the 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, and 0.5 mm thicknesses and 210 mm x 10m for the 1-mm absorbers, making continuous rotary die-cutting possible.
