Well suited for implantable medical devices, the MK-17 Series of miniature, magnetically actuated proximity sensors measure only 0.079" x 0.079" x 0.335" long and can be immersed in liquids. The devices are offered with flat- straight or fla- bent leads for surface mounting and require no external power.
Capable of performing billions of operations at low level loads, the sensors have no wearing parts, are hermetically sealed in a thermoset glass-filled epoxy, and are suited for immersion in liquids and chemicals. They provide up to 1015 ohms isolation from input to output and across the switch, reduce leakage currents and operate from -20°C to +130°C. Call for price.
