The CHC series termination arrays in ball grid packages suit portable products and high-speed switches requiring superior electrical performance. With power ratings from 0.5 to 1.6 W, they fit digital networks, telecom equipment, portable computing, consumer electronic devices, and termination equipment for high-speed routers.

Their construction includes eutectic solder bumps on a ceramic substrate, delivering devices with low parasitic inductance and capacitance values. It also enables reduced ground bounce, improved speeds, and more consistent propagation delays.

The arrays come in standard 5.1- and 6.4-mm lengths with 0.64-mm height, 0.65-mm ball pitch, and a width of 2.5 mm. They also feature absolute TCRs to ±100 ppm/°C, tracking TCRs to ±10 ppm/°C, and tolerances to ±1%. And, they operate between -40°C and 85°C.

In 10,000-unit quantities, the CHC arrays cost $0.75 each.
