Deemed the market’s smallest, the PhotoMOS series optically-isolated MOSFET relays exhibit a 50% smaller footprint when compared to similar SSOP components. The relays measure 2.95 mm x 2.2 mm x 1.4 mm in small outline no-lead (SON) packages and employ gold plated leads and side solder fillets to ensure strong solder joints. Ceramic construction provides an extended shelf life according to a moisture sensitivity level (MSL 2) rating. The series includes three types: C type with a 25V load voltage and a C type and R type with 40V load voltages. Applications include test and measurement equipment, telecomm, broadcasting, and medical equipment. For more information, call PANASONIC ELECTRIC WORKS CORPORATION OF AMERICA, New Providence, NJ.
