The AQY221N1S 4-pin, SOP-type relays have a turn-on switching speed of 0.04 ms and off-state leakage current of 10 pA with rated load voltage of 40V. Load current is 120 mA. Applications include high-precision test and measurement equipment, medical equipment, and multi-point recorders.
