Surface-Mount Oscillators Target Wireless Applications

Offering stabilities of ±20 ppm inclusive of tolerance and temperature range, F3348 and F4108 Series of ultra-miniature surface-mount oscillators are well-suited for wireless communications. Series F3348 dimensions are 5 x 7.5 mm with a frequency range of 1.544 to 50 MHz and power requirement of 4.5V to 5.5V. Series F4108 oscillators require a 3.3V supply and have a frequency range of 1.544 to 50 MHz with the 5 x 7.5 mm footprint.
