For those applications requiring greater protection than standard cold end epoxy splashguards, the Enviroseal cold-end seal employs a patent-pending design to block contaminants from RTD sensors. The seal houses a rubber gland and is functional in temperatures from -50°C to 204°C and is reported to exceed moisture resistance testing as per ASTM E644, paragraph15. The company's RTDs with the seal feature a unique design, said to increase wire pull out resistance to 15 lb. minimum.
