Their surface-mount packages measure 2.5 mm x 2 mm with a thickness of 0.9 mm and a weight of 0.02g. Output frequency range is 1.5 to 67.5 MHz with a supply voltage of 2.5 or 3.0 Vdc and a power consumption down to 3.5 mA. Other features include a standby function, C-MOS drive level output, fanout up to 15 IC gates, operating temperature range from -20°C to +70°C, and a frequency stability of ±30 ppm at -10°C to +60°C.
