3.3V MCOs Sport 2-ps Phase Jitter

Feb. 1, 2000
The M103 series of master-clock oscillator (MCO) modules that operate on 3.3 vdc features a phase jitter of only 2 psrms at frequencies up to 800 MHz. Temperature stability of the device is said to vary by less than 30 ppm over a 0°C

The M103 series of master-clock oscillator (MCO) modules that operate on 3.3 vdc features a phase jitter of only 2 psrms at frequencies up to 800 MHz. Temperature stability of the device is said to vary by less than 30 ppm over a 0°C to 70°C temperature range and again at frequencies up to 800 MHz. The master-clock oscillator modules have been optimized for use in products such as servers, mainframes, base stations, networks, and switches. They are available in either SMT or DIP packages.
