VCXOs Have Pullability Of 250 ppm/V

June 1, 1999
In addition to a wide deviation of 250 ppm/V, excellent linearity, and incremental slope sensitivity, these VCXOs also offer a frequency range of 15 to 800 MHz with ±20 ppm performance over a 0°C to 70°C temperature range. The devices

In addition to a wide deviation of 250 ppm/V, excellent linearity, and incremental slope sensitivity, these VCXOs also offer a frequency range of 15 to 800 MHz with ±20 ppm performance over a 0°C to 70°C temperature range. The devices can withstand vapor-phase processing at 253°C for 4 minutes. Shock resistance is up to 3000g, jitter is less than 200 ps, and sub-harmonics are less than -40 dBc. The VCXOs are available in through-hole or SMT packages with ECL/PECL, TTL, CMOS or HCMOS compatible logic. They are well-suited for ATM, cable TV, cellular communications, modems and SONET applications.
