    Offering frequency stability as tight as 10 ppm from 0°C to 70°C, B13 and B14 ceramic surface-mount oscillators are designed for applications such as wireless communications, telecommunications, computer peripherals, cellular telephones and automotive navigation. Dimensions are 5 x 7 x 1.4 mm with frequencies from 1000 to 100,000 MHz. The series come in 3.3 or 5 vdc versions with typical input currents of less than 50 mA. Also available is an extended temperature range, -40°C to 85°C at 50 ppm family of these oscillators.
