Compatible with vapor-phase or reflow soldering, the 99SMO series 3.3V, tri-state, surface-mount clock oscillators come in a 5 x 3.2 x 1-mm package and is available with frequencies from 1 to 70 MHz with stabilities of ±30, ±50, or ±100 ppm over -10°C to 60°C or -10°C to 70°C. Other features include a maximum start-up time of 10 ms, an output voltage range from 2.7V to 0.3V, output symmetry of 40%/60%, and a rise-and-fall time from 2 to 4 ns.
