This rugged, vandal-resistant 3x4 keypad with integral encryption is for debit/smart card PIN entry applications. The unit combines the all-metal STORM 1000 public environment keypad with VeriFone pin-pad electronics, with the electronics supporting the Master/Session and DUKPT, so new hardware is not needed if key management requirements change. The keypad also passes the physical and logical security requirements of Visa/MasterCard. The keypad is sealed to IP67 and the keytop graphics are engraved and filled for long life.
