Offered free of charge, the software includes are more than 13,000 items in limitless combinations, technical drawings, accessories, complete text descriptions, color/black-and-white photos, prices and more. An e-mail function lets the user ask questions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. While on-line, a user's software will automatically be updated with any new items, changes or prices. Free user support is provided by the company or through its nationwide network of field service offices.
