SSRs Target Fail-Safe Apps

Jan. 1, 2004
Designed for mission-critical communication and security systems, the CPC1130N, CPC1135N and CPC1231N are optically-coupled, normally-closed solid-state relays (SSRs) that employ depletion mode MOSFETs to yield a 1 Form B relay contact configuration.

Designed for mission-critical communication and security systems, the CPC1130N, CPC1135N and CPC1231N are optically-coupled, normally-closed solid-state relays (SSRs) that employ depletion mode MOSFETs to yield a 1 Form B relay contact configuration. Blocking voltage is 350V and load current is 120 mA. Maximum on-resistance for the CPC1130N and CPC1231N is 30?, and for the CPC1135N is 35?. The relays are available in miniature, four-pin SOP packages with an area of 15.5 mm2 and a height of 2.2 mm. Prices range from $0.80 to $1 each/10,000. CLARE, Beverly, MA. (978) 524-6756.
