To meet the needs of the automotive telematics market, the company has expanded its acoustical offerings with new dynamic speakers and microphones. The SCB-13A TypeA provides a resonant frequency of 810 Hz and a SPL of 90 dB, while the SCB-13A Type B speaker provides a resonant frequency of 850 Hz with a SPL of 92 dB. Both speakers measure 2.5 mm high with a circumference of 13 mm.Three omni-directional microphones, the MAB-06A-B, MAA-06A-B and MAA-06A-P, have a SNR of 58 dB and sensitivities of -44 dB for the MAB-06A-B and -42 dB for the MAA-06A-B and MAA-06A-P. The microphones weigh 0.5g each, measure 6 mm in circumference, and range from 1.5 to 2 mm in height. Pricing for the speakers and microphones is $1.50 or less each in OEM quantities.
