The Caddy CableCat J-hook fastener is an alternative to cable trays for supporting Category 5 and other high-performance data transmission cables. With an extra wide base, the CableCat system can support fiber optic cable and inner ducts. The CableCat provides the proper bend radius of 1" or larger on a flat surface to eliminate breakage of glass fibers associated with traditional bridle rings. The extra-wide, U-shaped base with rounded, smooth edges eliminates snag problems during installation and the flat surface prevents cable stress and data distortion. Factory riveted assemblies are available to permit quick installation to virtually any main or substructure beam flanges, C or Z purlin, deck, and acoustical tee or drop wire per the current TIA/EIA 569-A standard. CableCat J-hooks are available in 3/4", 1-5/16", 2" and 4" diameters.
