Claimed to be the smallest, most reliable fast-acting fuse in the marketplace for electronic over-current protection devices, the 0402FA chip measures just 0.041" x 0.02", is environmentally rugged, and conforms to EIA/IS-722 standards. Voltage rating is 13.8 Vdc with current ratings from 500 mA to 3A. And the compact 0402 reportedly can be used in any application where larger, 1206, 0603 and 0805 chip fuses are used.
