Available with PVDF, ETFE or PEEK plastic bodies, the new 16-mm analytical valves are suited for biotechnical, analytical, and semiconductor applications. The Type 6605 two-way and Type 6606 three-way valves' "dead volume free" design and optional integrated flow sensor make possible the control of critical fluids to a very high accuracy.
The valves' Simriz isolating diaphragm is strong, frictionless, and hermetically isolates the actuator from the fluid media ensuring media compatibility. The frictionless and back-pressure-tight rocker design is resistant to clogging and offers a long service life.
