The new Pocket Reference Oscillator (PRO) series comes on the scene as the first frequency-control component to integrate a complete HCMOS crystal clock oscillator in a rugged SMA housing. Accepting an input of 3.3 Vdc, each oscillator in the series operates as a fixed-frequency portable crystal generator. They are available off-the-shelf in frequencies from 4 MHz to 125 MHz with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm over a temperature range from 0°C to +70°C.
