The RoHS-compliant JS series subminiature DIP switches offer users a choice of through-hole and surface mount configurations as well as four or eight positions. They are end-to-end stackable devices with sliding twin-contact mechanisms featuring a self-cleaning design with stable contact resistance. Contacts are gold plated with a current rating of 25 mA at 24 Vdc. Terminal spacing for through-hole versions conforms to a standard 2.54-mm PCB grid, and terminals are slanted to ensure secure PCB mounting and prevent dislodging during wave soldering. Available actuation options include top actuation or piano. The surface-mount switches feature gull-wing terminals and either 2.54-mm or 1.27-mm terminal spacing. Extended and flush actuators are also available. NKK SWITCHES, Scottsdale, AZ. (480) 991-0942
