Operating at any frequency from 1 MHz to 200 Mhz, the CP series surface-mount, programmable clock oscillators accelerate the prototyping development process with a shipping time of 48 hrs. The model CP2 operates up to 200 MHz on 5V and draws 50 mA, while the model CP4 operates up to 100 MHz on 3.3V and draws 30 mA. Both components offer stabilities of ±20 ppm, ±50 ppm or ±100 ppm and feature an output enable/disable function for use in per-channel multiplexers and other applications that require the output to be switched to a high impedance. Output levels are 0.5V to 4.5V for the CP2 and 0.33V to 2.97V for the CP4. Rise-and-fall times are 4 ns for both components. Two duty cycles, 40% to 60% and 45% to 55%, are available and both oscillators are capable of driving 15 pF loads. In addition, two operating temperature ranges are available: 0ûC to 70ûC and -40ûC to 85ûC. Price is approximately $5 each/50 to 500. RALTRON ELECTRONICS CORP., Miami, FL. (305) 593-6033.
