Designed to monitor the vibration levels of high-speed spindle bearings machinery, the Spindler ICP vibration sensor has a small size and swivel-mounting configuration. Its durable stainless steel housing with sealed, armored cable survives the rigors of cutting fluids and flying metal chips. Integrated electronic filtering prevents saturation problems while maintaining the ability to respond to high frequency vibrations associated with precision spindle bearings. Suitable applications for this sensor include predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring as well as facilitating machined-part quality assurance by detecting tool wear.
