TCXOs Offer Tight Stability Over Wide Temperature Range

With stability of ±2.5 ppm from -30°C to 80°C, ECS-TXO-30SM TCXOs are available in three supply voltages of 2.8, 3 and 3.3 vdc. Standard frequencies include 12.6, 12.8, 13, 14.4, 14.85, 15.36, 19.2 or 19.8 MHz. An optional voltage controlled version, VC-TCXO-30SM, is available with a frequency control range of ±5 ppm. Package dimensions are 7 mm long x 5 mm wide x 2 mm high. The devices are well-suited for wireless communications applications.
