The A320 series, a family of ultra-low-range linear servo accelerometers, is designed with exceptional durability for use in a multitude of military and industrial applications including flight test, geophysical studies, structural monitoring and low acceleration analysis applications. The accelerometers take highly precise measurements from ±0.1 to ±2 grams, with full-range outputs of ±5 V dc or 4-20 mA. These gravity-referenced, closed-loop sensors can reliably monitor acceleration down to 20 micrograms, while withstanding mechanical shock levels of up to 1500 grams. Sensors are housed in a rugged, anodized aluminum alloy case and can be specified with a military-style connector or solder-pin electrical termination. They are fully self-contained and can be connected to a dc power source and readout or control device to form a complete measurement system.
