VCXO Offers Quartz Stabilized Squarwave Output

With a selectable three-state option on pin 2 or 5 to accommodate design flexibility, V-Type VCXOs are quartz stabilized squarewave generators using ASIC technology. Device dimensions are 7.5 x 5 x 1.8 mm in a CLCC package with six contacts. Frequencies are up to 65 MHz with 3.3V or 5V supplies.
