Developed to provide safer electrical panels, the finger-safe power distribution blocks (FSPDBs) meet IEC 529 requirements and provide IP-20 grade finger-safe protection. And they simplify installation and eliminate the need to mount plexiglass protective sheets on the panel. The FSPDBs are DIN rail mountable and feature a compact footprint, captive termination screws, and multiple openings to accommodate a wide range of wire sizes. The power distribution blocks also allow users to create multiple-pole units, to cover unused wire openings, and to identify circuit details on the block itself. For more details on the UL- and CSA-approved and CE marked blocks, contact FERRAZ SHAWMUT INC., Newburyport, MA. (978) 462-6662.
