The Multifuse product line now also includes: the MF-USMD family of SMT resettable fuses; five new SMT additions to the MF-MSMD family of PPTC resettable fuses; the MF-VS family of battery strap protection devices; and a line of radial and SMT parts that can withstand high surge voltages.
The MF-USMD family spans a 50 mA-to-1.1 A hold current range, voltage ratings from 6V to 30V, and trip times of The MF-VS devices have trip temperatures of 85ºC, resistance values of 18 to 30 m ohms and hold currents of 1.7A to 2.4A. Pricing starts at $0.25 per piece. The radial and SMT parts can withstand voltage spikes up to 250V and their prices start at $0.45 each.
