FET Relay Line Gains Ten New Models

With the recent addition of ten new members, the G3VM series of MOSFET relays now embraces models offering 1 Form A, 2 Form A and 1 Form B contact configurations and 4-, 6- and 8-pin through-hole, SMT and SOT packages. Voltage control capability for the relays extends to 400V and more. And versions offering low on-resistance, current limiting, DAA multifunction, 5 kV isolation, and low C-R are available. The small size, low power relays fit a variety of applications, including PCMCIA cards, telecomm and datacomm equipment, computer peripherals, office automation systems, security products, and test and measurement gear. Prices for G3VM relays start at $1.80 each/1,000.
