ENCLOSURE DESIGN & SELECTION-A new concept for enclosure design and selection, called RiQuest, offers users a sophisticated and intuitive tool that is usable from a CD-ROM, the Internet or a combination of the two. Design engineers and buyers can use it to select firm's products, download CAD drawings, find accessory products and create bills of materials. Among the major enhancements with RiQuest is the ability to work in a variety of ways, including: local processing; on-line access; use of the Web and CD-ROM in combination; smart new Assistants that walk users through enclosure, accessory or component-based product configuration; integrated Web links that provide access to current company news, on-line training and enhanced company communications; expanded and more refined links between enclosure products and accessories; and rich, full-color HTML documents including photos, technical specs and drawings.
