Environmentally friendly via efficient use of power, the G-Series SAS/SATA storage server chassis includes a high-efficiency power supply and features a SPGC pre-plated steel chassis design with minimal paint and tool-less ball-bearing mounting rails for ease of installation and maintenance. The high-efficiency, redundant power supply reduces power consumption significantly. According to the company, in power usage at 50% power load with a 230V input, systems may use an average of 224W less power with more than 84% efficiency. Other features include a hot-swappable rear OS drive option for ease of access and lockable drive carriers for data security and protection.
